I. Initial consultation: Please submit your request via the contact page or email so we can set up a time to connect. All initial consultations will be conducted over the phone. This call will discuss your needs, budget, timeline, etc, to better ensure we are the perfect match for your project needs.

II. Scheduling: When you're ready to proceed following the initial consultation, please contact us and we will schedule your on-site residential or commercial property appointment.

III. On-site consultation: A team member will meet with you on location to view and discuss your project specifics.

IV. Design proposal: We will create and email a proposal & contract for your review. Once approved, a deposit is due to lock in your project.

V. Design plan: We will begin to conceptualize your personalized designs based on your feedback from the proposal. We may also make a trip back to your space for final measurements.

VI. Design review: Our team will present your custom designs and suggest a timeline that works with your schedule.

VII. Project management: Once you’ve approved the design concept and timeline we will begin the project.

VIII. Wrap-up (Applies to holiday home styling only): After the holiday, we will take down the décor, organize, and store items at a location of your choice. (off-site storage and handling fees will apply)
